Maenell Sullivan is the best. She actually examined my mouth and told me the truth about my ability to wear dentures. Answered all my questions and gave me a cost for my upper denture and aftercare. None of the above has ever been relayed to me from previous visits to a denturist. The office is rural and quiet. Made my day seeing horses, llamas, cows on the way :-)

I reccomend to everyone, i called got apt went to a few apt. walked out yesterday with new teeth that fit perfect* however i had already had dentures for over 20yrs, and just needed some new ones, they stay in w/ out denture glue, and i absolutely love them, i know i have to get used to them, but she did such s great job it wont take much. MaeNell has outstanding bedside manners she is laid back but very professional , thank you tenino denture clinic

She is the best!! Does great work!! I have partials and she does a really good job. Hard to find anyone doing partials.

I highly recommend this Team, I once had a beautiful smile ( picture on the left ) and do to things I could not control I had to have A denture made. My first denture was made almost 20 years ago and very quickly I quit smiling. That denture looked nothing like me. It was dull, the teeth were small and dark stained , no one listened when I said what I wanted. That denture changed my face. It pulled my nose down, changed my entire smile and I hated how it looked. Here 20 years later I’m having a full set made, I was nervous at first, but then I met the ladies. Ms. Sullivan listened to everything I said, my wants, I showed her the picture of me with my real teeth and my real smile and then she asked me to smile in my old denture. I told her I don’t smile anymore, I hate them. A couple of visits to sculpt and fit and today I left with the smile I lost so long ago ( photo on the right ) She did such an amazing job! She changed my life. Im eternally gratefull. Dr. Sullivan is amazing w/ details, I can see where she's creating something, like art. Both of the ladies there were courteous & and accommodating (tho I tracked in mud w/ my waffle stompers!). They gave me customized treatment that ended up making me feel like a Very Important Person indeed. I've never felt like smiling so much!

I can't go past three stars because of the receptionists. She calls and says you missed your appointment this morning. I said sorry you guys usually call me a day ahead of time so to make sure I don't miss it. She says I called you but you didn't answer. My cell phone had no calls or messages. If they can afford to let money fly out the window because of lazy employees then I am worried about how my dentures are going to turn out. The last time I was there the denturist was awesome but the receptionists was reading something on her cell phone. I feel sorry for the owner paying for bad employees.

Denturist Maynell makes a nice denture if you're an easy case, but she doesn't have time for issues, like if you have a bite issue for example. I paid $1500 for an upper denture, no lower denture, just one denture. I am not happy with it because I didn't get enough time in the chair to get it right before she made the final product. There was a guy pacing back and forth like he didn't like waiting, so she ushered me out of the chair too soon. I do not wear it. Instead of offering to fix it, tells me my expectations are too high. $1500 is too much money to not be given enough time in the chair because you schedule your appts too close together because the most important thing is the money to you, and to be told my expectations are too high. In response to the owners response below- I said I wasn't happy with my denture and you said you couldn't do anyting about that because i was too hard to please. But OBVIOUSLY sufficient time was Not taken. When I was in the chair, your next appointment showed up and instead of telling him to please have a seat you'll be right with him, and closing the door so you could focus on and finish with me, you ushered me out and i ended up with a dent
